Responsible for providing Food & Beverage service within Fairmont & Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.  Areas of responsibility will include and are not limited to the following:Hourly Rate: $23.04Adhere to daily checklist and duties assignedAssist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience to include but not limited to running food, table maintenance and beverage serviceClear and reset tables in a timely manner while adhering to COVID-19 guidelines and Fairmont Kea Lani proceduresEnsure the proper set up and break down of all side stations in the venueDeliver food to each venue, including but not limited to AMA Bar & Grill, Pools, Beach Pavilion, Suites, Villas, Kō, Kea Lani Restaurant, and to go ordersCheck service stations for necessary equipment and set upHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods for all food and beverage venues on propertyActively participate in monthly departmental sales promotionsAdhere to the State of Hawaii & EcoSure food handling safety standardsOrganize time so all side work is completed according to shift demandMaintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guestsSchedule:  Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including overnight, weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
